Helping Knox County People In Need Of Food

How You Can Help Us

You can help us help others through your contribution of

  • cash
  • non-perishable food items
  • coupons for non-perishable food items
  • recycled grocery bags
  • your time

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so your cash donations are fully tax deductible.

“It takes a whole community to help support this. It amazes me how we can help so many people and there are so many people now that need it . . . The cost of groceries has gone up, so it's a challenge to keep our shelves stocked.” – Jim Smith, former president/manager of the Thomaston Food Pantry

Food items may be dropped off at the food bank during hours of operation, or if you need to make other arrangements for food drop-off, you may call Roberta Carmichael call at 354-6004.

We are an all-volunteer operation and welcome the offer of your time.

We need your help distributing food to clients, stocking shelves, and purchasing and transporting food.
