Thomaston Food Pantry
Helping Knox County People In Need Of Food

Thomaston Inter‑Church Fellowship Food Pantry is a volunteer organization. We are a fellowship of neighbors and friends working together to help provide food assistance to people in Knox county who are in need.

We are open Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m. (except holidays) in the Thomaston Municipal Building (Lura Libby School). Please use the circular driveway and come in the east entrance (the entrance facing the business block).

The Thomaston Inter‑Church Food Pantry has provided food for Knox County residents in need of food for more than 34 years. Currently we provide food for about 110 people each month.

Our Thomaston Food Pantry is one of hundreds of food assistance programs working in Maine to help get food to Mainers at risk of going hungry.

“It takes a whole community to help support this. It amazes me how we can help so many people and there are so many people now that need it . . . The cost of groceries has gone up, so it's a challenge to keep our shelves stocked.” - Jim Smith, former president‑manager of the Thomaston Food Pantry

We are a volunteer operation and will welcome the offer of your time.
